Thanks a lot Dept.

I just wanted to thank everyone who came along to the signings yesterday at Forbidden Planet in Shaftsbury Avenue and GW at the Oxford Street Plaza. The turn out was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the feedback. So thank you to Harry, Harry, Harry, Baldrick, Jee, Antonis and everyone else. We must do it again. Thanks too to GW at the Plaza, the very nice people at FP, to Steve Savile and Lindsey Priestley for coming along to keep me company, and to the entire Snyman family for efforts above and beyond the call of duty. As soon as I've got his permission, I'll blog all about Jason's next job. Jason Snyman is a effects animator who has worked on Kong, LotR etc. What he's doing now and what he's about to do are just very very exciting.

I have to know because im creating a tanith 1st army and im in the painting phase after converting. You mentioned in your book that Rawne is "dark-skinned" does this mean he's tan or is he black? Also I just want you to know the gaunt's ghosts books are my favorite series of all time and if there is any literature that i might have missed here in the US i'd like to know.

Which clone was doing the signing, Dan? Have you had one force-festated with an especially strong wrist for this sort of close quarters combat?

By the way, welcome to the blog-o-sphere. Now, get back to work!

Brilliant stuff on "Ravenor" and "Ravenor Returned". I also notice there's a Patience Kys tale in "Let the Galaxy Burn". Reason enough to pick that up even though I own all the anthologies already.

Is Ravenor going to be a discrete trilogy plus shorts like "Eisenhorn" was, or will we be treated to an ongoing tale? Flashback shorts to that tragic incident on Majeskus would be good to see, but I'd be happy with just any more Ravenor. Your Inquisitorial tales are the very best in 40k fiction.

Many thanks for some extremely entertaining reading, keep up the good work!

In no particular order... Hi Steve, it was nice to see you... Hi David, loved Fiends of the Eastern Front (from BL - check it out, you people!)... hi anonymous, Rawne is tanned, not actually black.

In response to Damian's post, take a look at the next thread...
